Successful Account Managers have many different traits and talents – have you got what it takes? Take the test and find out now.
Are you an Account Manager?
We are all many things – sisters, brothers, colleagues, companions, friends – with different talents, traits and qualities. Some are obvious to us and the world around us, some are hidden away and seldom seen. Some have always been with us and shape how we see the world. Some, we don’t even notice. Do you have what it takes to become an Account Manager at Academic Work?
We know who we are. We say “I am” all the time. But what happens if we ask ourselves the question - “am I”?
At Academic Work, we specialize in finding the right people for the right job at the right time. Our account managers – we call them AMs – are at the forefront of delivering this promise to our customers. Sure, they are involved in selling, but being an AM is much, much more than just making calls, having meetings and moving numbers around on a spreadsheet.
It requires an ability to connect, the agility to adapt and the humility to realize that we might not have all the answers, but we know where to look for them. It requires energy and enthusiasm, but also a cool, calm head. An unshakeable focus and a drive to succeed are welcome, but so too are an ability to see the big picture and everyone’s place in it.
Our AMs know when to be team players and when to make a solo run. They know that making others better makes them better too. For many, this is not where they expected to be, but now that they’re there, they would never want to be anywhere else.
In short, they know who they are. And when they say, “I am an AM at Academic Work”, they are telling it to the world. Are you ready to join them?
