The Account Manager role is where it all begins. In this role, you will build your own business from within our company. Your primary focus, is to establish your network and acquire new clients. You will have the freedom to decide which departments and business areas you target and your daily work involves the full sales cycle, from identifying potential clients, book and perform sales meetings to understand their needs and sell all of our services.
You do not need prior experience, as our comprehensive onboarding programme paired with the continuous support of your manager and peers will teach you everything you need to create business opportunities and reach sales targets.

As an Academy Sales Specialist, you provide the solution to one of our clients' most pressing challenges: the competence gap. You will act as the project lead for our most strategic sales, taking full responsibility for the national sales of our Academy programs. This involves proactively building your own pipeline and collaborating with internal teams to drive complex deals across the finish line. You will own the entire sales cycle, from initial analysis and negotiation to closing deals that shape the future of our clients' workforces.

Building brands: Talent Advisory Specialist

In this role, you act as a brand-building expert and as a spokesperson for our data-driven insights, like our yearly YPAI-Study.
