As a Consultant Manager, you will have full employer responsibility for the consultants you recruit and acquire great leadership skills, knowledge in labor law and employee administration. As a Recruitment Consultant you will work with candidates who after our recruitment process are employed directly by our clients. Regardless of role, you will develop your business mindset and your sales ability because you will market and tell about our services in your conversations with customers, candidates and consultants. 

Working as a Consultant Manager, Recruitment Consultant or in one of the other roles within Operations (e.g. Staffing & Recruitment Assistant, Staffing Service Assistant or Sourcer) is developing, challenging and very fun. You will get to know many different branches and companies, you will develop both your professional and personal skills and you will be surrounded by ambitious people.

As a part-time assistant you will support our delivery organization and are incredibly important for us and our ability to perform. The part-time assistants work either as Staffing & Recruitment Assistants or Staffing Service Assistants. You will not only make everyday life easier for our consulting managers and recruitment consultants, you will also be very important for our future growth.
