Recycling and minimizing waste
We are constantly looking for sustainable solutions to our energy and consumption needs, and have a laser-like focus on reducing our travel emissions. We have a zero vision for paper consumption and map the emissions caused by our supply chain.
We focus on recycling and minimising waste in all aspects of our business, and planet-positive food on the menu for both external and internal events.
We want our growth to be sustainable, driven by technology and innovation and achieved while adhering to the highest ethical standards.



Being the best place to work
As a company, we have always had a simple goal of being the best place to work. Having achieved high levels of employee satisfaction in the past, we are now reinventing what that means together with our co-workers.

Our engagement in Zambia
Since 2004, we have donated one percent of our profit to school projects in Zambia, something we call The One Percent Movement. Over time, this contribution has helped build more than 50 schools and provided education for tens of thousands of children in southern Zambia.
Together with the charity organization Response Network, we support local communities in the villages around Livingstone by providing materials such as bricks, mortar, and window glass. In turn, the villagers themselves lead the projects and build their own schools, creating a model of self-sustaining aid.
