Recycling and minimizing waste
We are constantly looking for sustainable solutions to our energy and consumption needs, and have a laser-like focus on reducing our travel emissions. We have a zero vision for paper consumption and map the emissions caused by our supply chain.
We focus on recycling and minimising waste in all aspects of our business, and planet-positive food on the menu for both external and internal events.
We want our growth to be sustainable, driven by technology and innovation and achieved while adhering to the highest ethical standards.
Being the best place to work
As a company, we have always had a simple goal of being the best place to work. Having achieved high levels of employee satisfaction in the past, we are now reinventing what that means together with our co-workers.

Our engagement in Zambia heading
Local text: Sedan 2004 har vi skänkt en procent av vår vinst till skolprojekten i Zambia, något vi kallar The one percent movement. Övertid har detta bidragit till byggnationen av drygt 50 skolor och gett skolgång till tiotusentals barn i södra Zambia. Tillsammans med välgörenhetsorganisationen Response Network sponsrar vi lokalbefolkningen i byarna runt Livingstone med material som tegel, murbruk och fönsterglas. I sin tur är det byborna själva som driver projekten och bygger sin skola, vilket fungerar som hjälp till självhjälp.

Local text: Att ta ansvar för vår planet är en viktig del i att driva ett företag, oavsett om vi befinner oss i en högkonjunktur eller lågkonjunktur. På samma sätt som vi kompenserar våra anställda för det jobb de gör, måste vi även kompensera för de avtryck vi lämnar på miljön. Vi arbetar med att kartlägga hur vår verksamhet påverkar miljön – och även om vi inte har all data för att fullt ut förstå detta har vi börjat klimatkompensera de utsläpp vi redan nu kan härleda. Klimatkompensation är en självklarhet för oss och vi jobbar aktivt för att tänka grönt. Läs mer om vårt miljöarbete i vår hållbarhetsrapport!
