As an Analytics Engineer you will work in the intersection between our Insights team and their clients and the domains producing data products. You'll work closely with business analysts, data scientists, sysdevs, product owners and other stakeholders to produce data products fueling our businesses with added or new value. Your expertise in designing and implementing data pipelines, data models, and analytics solutions will help ensure data quality and integrity, while also providing technical support for data-related issues. In addition, you'll play a key role in helping to develop and maintain our data platform infrastructure, keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.

What you will be doing

• Work with our domains to develop state-of-the-art data products
• Collaborate with data scientists, business analysts, and other stakeholders to identify requirements and provide technical solutions
• Design and implement analytics solutions
• Ensure data quality and integrity
• Provide technical support for data-related issues
• Help develop and maintain data platform infrastructure
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in data engineering and analytics

What we believe you have

• Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL, DBT and Git
• Experience with GCP
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Familiarity with Looker or similar data visualization tools
• Excellent communication skills, English is a requirement while Swedish is a plus.

• Start: According to agreement

• Contract: Full-time

• Location: Hybrid-remote, our flexibility policy gives you the opportunity to work remotely 50% and from our brand new Stockholm office 50%. 

Recruitment process: The first step in the recruitment process is to apply with your CV or LinkedIn, no cover letter is necessary. If you fulfill the requirements for the position, you will then receive an email asking you to complete two tests by Assessio. One is a personality mapping which takes about 20 minutes to complete, the other a cognitive ability test which takes 12 minutes to complete. The reason why we use tests is to ensure a solid and fair recruitment process focusing on potential for the position we are hiring for rather than your CV. If you proceed, the next step is a telephone interview and then a behavioral descriptive interview with Lisette Lind, Talent Acquisition Manager and Petter Brandt, Head of Data and Analytics.
